Description	ریاست محترم کمیسیون بهداشت و درمان مجلس استاد معزز جناب آقای دکتر نوبخت همانطور که مستحضرید تعرفه‌های مربوط به بخش ويزيت بخش خصوصی در سال‌های گذشته همواره رشدي کمتر از نرخ تورم رسمی کشور را تجربه کرده است. چه در سال‌های طرح تحول که بودجه‌های بخش درمان افزایش چشمگیری پیدا کرد و متعاقب آن حق‌العلاج بخش‌های بیمارستانی اعم از ضرايب جراحی و بیهوشی بعضا چند برابر شد متاسفانه شاهد رشد اندک تعرفه خدمات سرپایی از جمله ویزیت بودیم که در دو سال اخیر به علت شرایط خاص کشور و تجربه تورم دو رقمی متاسفانه شاهد رشد تعرفه ویزیت به میزان کمتر از ۱۰ درصد هستیم. علی رغم این اجحاف چند ساله زمزمه‌هایی در جریان است که امسال نیز قرار است بیشترین افزایش برای بخش هتلینگ و حق فنی خدمات ارائه شده در نظر گرفته شود و باز هم ویزیت و پزشکان نسخه‌نویس باید منتظر اجحاف جدیدی از سوی وزارت بهداشت باشند. جناب آقای دکتر نوبخت پزشکان نسخه‌نویس خصوصا پزشکان عمومی از یک سو تحت فشار لابی‌های حاکم بر وزارت بهداشت هرروز محدودیت‌های حرفه‌اي جدیدی را تجربه می‌کنند و از سوی دیگر بیمه‌ها نیز با بدعهدی های خود بیشترین فشار را به اقتصاد درحال فروپاشی مطب و درمانگاه‌های عمومی وارد می نمایند و عدم افزایش متناسب تعرفه با تورم موجود نیز می‌تواند تیر خلاصی به پیکر در حال احتضار طب عمومی باشد. لذا از حضرتعالی به عنوان نماینده مردم انتظار داریم و ضمن دخالت موثر در بحث تعرفه، اجازه ندهید حق طب عمومی و سایر پزشکان نسخه نویس چون سنوات گذشته ضایع گردد.
